Terms and conditions

SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY:

DELIVERY

Generally all orders shall be received by client within 5 - 7 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Canada Post or UPS for Canadian orders and UPS or DHL for all US/Europe/Australia/International orders, with tracking and drop-off without signature. If it is in Holiday season, such as Ramadan, Christmas or a custom specialty products (Uniforms, Couture Gowns etc.), we reserve the right to extend the 5-7 business days up to 10-12 business days. We cannot be held responsible for any orders that are lost by mail service providers. For any interruptions to orders when in transit, please contact the shipping company directly, after receiving tracking number.

NOTE: For our new COVID-19 Fabric Masks we will not provide tracking as we are shipping through regular mail parcels. The above does not apply to these items specifically.

FEES

Customers are responsible of paying all import duties and/or taxes. We advise you to group your items in one order in order to save on multiple shipping charges. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

FREE NORTH AMERICAN SHIPPING

Free shipping is automatically applied if the minimum orders of $100 CAD for Canadian orders or $125 CAD for US orders is met.

If the minimum order is not met, a minimal flat rate shipping charge will be applied accordingly:

  • Canada: $10 CAD
  • USA: $20 CAD

FLAT RATE SHIPPING (OUTSIDE NORTH AMERICA)

The following are shipping rates that are automatically applied to orders from regions outside North America:

  • Europe: $75 CAD
  • Australia: $75 CAD
  • International: $125 CAD

RETURNS POLICY:

Returns

North America, Europe and Australia

All return/exchange requests must be made within 90 days of receiving your order. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in resell condition with tags still attached. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will then process refunds/exchanges accordingly. We reserve the right to refuse refunds/exchanges if these terms are not followed.

For all return/exchange requests, please email info@balbea.com. Include your order number, the name of the item you wish to return and the reason for your return. 

If an item is defective please notify us within 14 days of reception and we will issue a return shipping label.

 International

All return/exchange requests must be made within 90 days of receiving your order. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in resell condition with tags still attached. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will then process refunds/exchanges accordingly. We reserve the right to refuse refunds/exchanges if these terms are not followed.

For all return/exchange requests, please contact info@balbea.com. Include your order number, the name of the item you wish to return and the reason for your return. Once that has been completed, we will provide our return address. For exchanges we will ask that you provide a payment for return shipping.

Colour Accuracy

We do not guarantee a true colour match as it is impossible to display items with 100% accuracy. We do our best to ensure product colours shown are a true depiction of the actual product colours and we provide alternate angles in an effort to provide as much information to our clients pre purchase.

Sale Items

All sales items are final sale. No returns or exchanges are provided, except in the case of a defective item. Please read all details carefully before making purchase.

We may ask for these informations, if needed, to process orders accordingly. All personal data will be used only for the purpose of balbea and furthering your experience, and will not be shared amongst any other company.
