Shipments and Delivery

SHIPPING REGULAR SEASON

Generally all orders shall be received by client within 7- 10 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Canada Post for Canadian orders and DHL for all non-Canadian orders, with tracking and drop-off without signature.

RAMADAN & EID SEASON 

Generally all orders shall be received by client within 10 - 15 business days due to peak season and high demand. Please read carefully before placing orders.

INTERNATIONAL

For all non Canadian orders, we now offer a tracking number with every order. Our shipping method is DHL EXPRESS courier option in order to ensure your orders remain safe and are delivered to you as quickly as possible. We cannot be held responsible for any orders that are lost by mail service providers. All methods are indicated in the delivery method section, please read carefully before placing and order.

FEES

Customers are responsible of paying all import duties and/or taxes. We advise you to group your items in one order in order to save on multiple shipping charges. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

During public holidays and during peak periods, shipping times may vary therefore we cannot be held responsible for delays which may occur as a result of courier related matters or any severe weather conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

If the minimum orders of $100 CAD for North America, $150 CAD for Europe or $250 CAD for remaining countries is not met, a minimal flat rate shipping will be charged according to the following rates:
